Confirming the total
Product prices, discounts, delivery cost and the final total are confirmed again before payment. A cart alone is not a payment document.
Payment methods
At launch, payment on receipt, bank transfer or an integrated payment provider may be available depending on the delivery format.
- Pay only using confirmed details
- Keep the receipt or transaction confirmation
- Business customers should request documents in advance
Security
Store staff must never ask for your card PIN, banking password or an SMS verification code. Do not share these details with anyone, including a person claiming to be a courier.
Order changes
If the order changes before dispatch, the total is recalculated. Any additional payment or refund is agreed through the same confirmed contact channel.
